Shipping by courier

Express courier delivery

We ship domestically using various couriers, including DHL, TNT, UPS, Bartolini and Poste Italiane, while for international deliveries we use couriers such as DHL, DPD or UPS.

Couriers deliver from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays (i.e. no deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays) without prior notice. Each courier has its own delivery protocol. As a rule, if no one is home, they leave a notice and attempt delivery again within the next 24 hours. On the second attempt, the parcel will be held in the courier's warehouse. After that, it will be returned to the sender. Please note: delivery to your door is not included.

Collection from Artemarcia sas

You can also choose to collect your order directly from us at Artemarcia sas in Rome. The procedure is as follows: as soon as your order arrives, we will check and confirm the availability of the products for collection by email. You can pay directly upon collection by debit card, credit card or cash. Five days after the order is placed, the items will be made available for sale again.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999 - implementing Directive 97/7/EC on consumer protection, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Artemarcia sas, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) working days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on Artemarcia.

In this case, you must return the products and Artemarcia must receive them within 14 working days from the date you received the products.

The only costs you will incur are those for shipping the purchased products and any fees charged by the credit institutions you used.

In addition to complying with the terms and conditions described above, the right of withdrawal is considered to have been exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully met:

you must give prior notice to Artemarcia sas;

the products must not have been used or damaged;

the products must be returned in their original packaging;

if you are a VAT number holder and intend to use the purchased products for professional purposes, or if the purchase is made by a company, the law does not provide for the right of withdrawal

returned products must be sent to Artemarcia sas in a single shipment. A
