RETAIL SUPPLY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Prices are shown excluding VAT. We update our price list every day.

As soon as you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

 

 

We will prepare your order within 1 or 2 working days, and if any items are unavailable, our sales department will contact you. Since many of our items are handmade, we suggest you check the actual availability of the products before completing your purchase.

 

We are committed to representing our products with descriptions and photographs that are as accurate as possible. In the specific case of stone and glass, however, you should bear in mind that there may be variations in tone from one supply to another, and differences from the samples shown in the photos. For machinery, on the other hand, the characteristics are subject to change by the manufacturer, and we will update the specifications promptly.

For each purchase made, we will issue a delivery note accompanying the goods, together with a receipt. If requested, the invoice will be electronic and will be uploaded to the Revenue Agency portal.
