Les petits ciseaux sont dotés d'une lame affûtée, tandis que les grands sont insérés individuellement (encapsulés) dans la base. Ce choix offre une plus grande résistance qu'une lame affûtée et permet de poursuivre le travail même si une dent se casse. Leur durabilité est incomparable à celle de tout autre outil à lame affûtée.

The teeth carbide chise, is the most important tool in the entire processing phase of a sculpture. It is used immediately after the rough roughing performed with the beam. With its toothed profile it smoothes out irregularities and defines the shapes of the work.
The smaller ones have their teeth made from a ground carbide plate, while the large ones have them individually inserted (encapsulated) in the base. This choice gives greater resistance than a ground plate, and allows you to continue working if a tooth breaks during processing.
